New Resident Evil Daytime Dead characters may have leaked

Died in broad daylight It’s been a game leak amid the past two revelations, and if some of the recent rumors spotted online are anything to go by, we might already know about the new killers and survivors planned for the game’s upcoming Resident Evil Chapter. This chapter is of course now known as “Project W” and is expected to bring Albert Wesker into the game due to its name. We’ll see more on this chapter soon during the upcoming Behavior Interactive event, however, we won’t have to speculate on these leaks any longer.

The leaks in question were shared online by Twitter user LeaksDbd with several images purportedly showing assets of various killers, survivors, and perks. According to these leaks, the next characters who will be joining the game will be Albert Wesker, Ada Wong and Rebecca Chambers.

But it wasn’t just the characters’ origins that got leaked this week. Furthermore, the same user shared a number of different pointers on what might be in store for this next chapter including Text descriptions of privileges and capabilities As well as audio files. Based on these details that may or may not be true, it appears that Wesker plays a role in the infection-like gameplay that Nemesis boasts about in Died in broad daylight. Descriptions of his ability highlight his supernatural qualities and physical superiority seen in games, although unlike Nemesis, there is no mention of any AI dangers such as zombies associated with his toolkit.

The Died in broad daylight The leaker said the Survivor Perks aren’t finalized and can’t be shared yet, but that Assassins are often what players are most interested in when adding them due to how their unique abilities affect the game, so at least this part is out of the way, assuming these leaks accurate at all.

While some Resident Evil fans might be disappointed to see that their favorites aren’t being added if these leaks are true, there’s still reason to believe we might see other Resident Evil characters added to the game on the Survivors side. For example, a previous DLC version added skins that turned Jill Valentine into Claire Redfield and Leon S. Kennedy into Chris Redfield. Assuming the same thing could happen to anyone included in the next DLC release, we could end up with more Resident Evil characters than initially anticipated if not upon release and then later.
